Riu Plaza New York Times Square

The staff were helpful and pleasant. We received an upgrade from front desk staff into a suite which was luxurious in terms of space for a manhattan hotel. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Bell hops hold your luggage if you come early or leave late and are friendly. Location was good, especially if you are looking to be near Broadway. Breakfast buffet was generous.

We LOVED our stay! For the price , everything was excellent! The rooms were comfortable , the staff was friendly and the location was perfect. The BREAKFAST was amazing. We enjoyed it every morning. And of course the views were pretty great too.

Beautiful hotel in a great area close to everything. The multiple elevators were the fastest I've ever been on.Free Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Huge area with tons of efficient, friendly staff clearing tables, cleaning and super customer service. I arrived really early thinking I'd have to store luggage but was checked in quickly. Comfortable beds and quiet.

Great location and view from the room was fantastic. Very clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

After initial confusion about my reservation for double bed room that was unavailable at check-in, the manager was able to accommodate with an acceptable room...king with sofa bed at the same price! The daily breakfast included in reservation was a very good full breakfast. All staff were very accommodating including bell staff that arranged car service to LaGuardia for retun flight home!!
